Ms. Wells has been a presence at St. Mark’s School for more than twenty-five years. She presently teaches three sections of German and is Assistant College Counselor. In that capacity, she works directly with 16 students and is the coordinator of testing and tutoring for the entire student body. In addition to her teaching and college counseling duties, Lee is secretary of the Cum Laude Society. Before making St. Mark’s her home, Ms. Wells worked for a book distributing company and spent a year assistant teaching in Germany on a grant from the PAD-Fulbright Hays. She and her husband Ken (the “crazy physics teacher”) and their kids Katrina and Chris spend their summers and the occasional free weekend at their old farmhouse in New Hampshire. Lee’s hobby is baking bread.
