Tuition & Financial Aid

To make a St. Mark’s education realistically affordable for as many families as possible, St. Mark’s offers several options for payment plans, loans, and financial aid grants.

School campus

Currently, tuition at St. Mark’s School is $39,150 for boarding students and $30,500 for day students. To make a St. Mark’s education realistically affordable for as many families as possible, St. Mark’s offers options including several payment plans and financial aid grants

Plan A (Single Payment)  - Allows you to pay 100% of the annual tuition plus the optional tuition refund insurance (1.6% x family contribution) in 1 installment by June 15 (prior to the school year).  Payment should be sent directly to St. Mark’s School by check, money order or wire transfer.

Plan B (Two Payments) – Allows you to pay the annual tuition in 2 interest-free installments: 50% of the tuition + 100% of the mandatory tuition refund insurance    (1.6% x family contribution) due by June 15 (prior to the school year), and 50% tuition due by December 15th.   Payments should be sent directly to St. Mark’s School by check, money order, or wire transfer.

Plan C (12 Monthly Payments) – Allows you to pay the annual tuition + the mandatory tuition refund insurance in 12 interest-free installments beginning May 1 (prior to the school year).  All payments, whether paid by check, money order, wire transfer, or credit card must be made through KeyBank.  There is a non-refundable $40 application fee payable to KeyBank NA for this monthly payment plan.  For convenience, KeyBank offers a direct debit option where payments are deducted automatically from your checking or savings account.  To pay by credit card using the Key Tuition Credit Card Service, simply call 1-877-429-7258 or visit http://www.key.com/payoptions.  A convenience fee of 2.65% is assessed for each transaction made using this credit card service.

AchieverLoan – KeyBank’s loan program offers a generous repayment term, low overall cost, and easy renewal.  You can apply online at http://www.key.com/stmarks for a quick credit decision.  You may also apply by phone, fax or mail.  With e-Signature, you can complete the loan application and approval process from home by signing loan documents electronically.

If you have any questions or need assistance with the monthly payment plan or AchieverLoan, simply call Key at 1-800-KEY-LEND.  You may also visit Key’s website at http://www.key.com/stmarks  for easy online applications and helpful information and articles.

These are only some of the options open to you.  Many third party lenders provide excellent loan opportunities.  Both the 12 month payment plan and the AchieverLoan must be contracted through KeyBank.

While the primary responsibility for financing a student’s education rests with families, St. Mark’s uses its own resources to supplement family contributions. Practically speaking, every student receives financial aid because the total cost of educating each student far exceeds the tuition. For many families, monthly payment plans and/or loans will not enable their child to attend St. Mark’s.  To find out more about financial aid, refer to our Financial Aid FAQ or contact:
