Deadline: Jan. 15
Complete the Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS) online at https://sss.ets.org/ or, if you prefer to submit a printed application, send the original to SSS in
- signed copy of your 2006 IRS tax return, including all personal and corporate, partnership or trust schedules, and copies of W-2s and 1099s
- signed IRS form 4506T- download at: http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506t.pdf
- If applicable, send the following forms directly to St. Mark’s. Do not send them to SSS.
- Business/Farm statement. Complete one for each business you own.
Financial Statement for Parents Who Are Separated, Divorced or Have Never Been Married. The non-custodial parent must complete this form and submit it along with the 2006 IRS returns, including all personal and corporate, partnership or trust schedules, and copies of W-2s and 1099s.

Deadline: Feb. 15
By this date, St. Mark's must receive completed and signed 2007 IRS returns, including all personal and corporate, partnership and trust schedules, and copies of W-2s and 1099s. No award can be finalized until your 2007 tax forms, completed and signed, are received by St. Mark's. We realize that preparing income tax returns in advance of IRS deadlines presents an inconvenience. Nonetheless, this information is essential to the award process.

Deadline: March 10
Financial aid decisions are mailed to families of admitted students.

Deadline: April 10
This is the deadline for acceptance of financial aid awards. Enrollment contract and deposit are required by this date for all students, new and returning.

Deadline: After April 10
Applications for financial aid submitted after initial deadlines will be considered only as long as funds are available.
