Over the last few years I have reengaged with St. Mark's after about 25 years of not being back. During
that hiatus, I didn't feel particularly disaffected from the school; its just that, as with many of us,
I had blinders on – pursuing degrees, bouncing around the country chasing career opportunities, and
nurturing a young family. With all that, I just never made it back.

The weather cooperated and although a bit chilly, Parents' Weekend provided some typical New England Fall scenery for all our parents. Friday night kicked off the activities with an arts reception in Taft Hall showcasing drawings, watercolors and pottery pieces done so far this year.
