The Lion

The school yearbook is published late in spring. Students interested in interning in photography or learning computer layout and graphics are welcome.  Those who intern will be eligible for senior editor positions as sixth-formers.

The St. Marker

The school’s student newspaper, The St. Marker is issued several times during the academic year. Honored the past two years for Superior Achievement by the New England Scholastic Press Association, The St. Marker aims to inform the St. Mark’s community of the latest happenings on campus and also provide community members with a forum to express their opinions.

The Vindex

The Vindex has evolved from its inception as the St. Mark’s student newspaper to a forum in which is showcased the work of the school’s most creative students. While technically a literary magazine, The Vindex staff entertains and enjoys the idea of juxtaposing different art forms, including visual art and creative writing. Alumni/ae submissions are welcome, as the staff wants to show current students where creativity can lead. Read Issues

WSMR

WSMR, St. Mark’s School’s very own radio station, currently entertains and informs the on-campus community via the internet and a limited broadcast frequency that reaches as far as West Campus and Choate Circle. From a studio housed in the Main Building’s Forbes Student Center, on-air DJs mix and introduce songs, while others offer news and sports reports, give advice, and talk about current events in and outside of school.
