At the opening School Meeting in the Putnam Family Arts Center on September 5, several community members were recognized for their dedicated service to St. Mark’s.

Karen Bryant and David Lyons celebrated the start of their 30th year of service to the School, while Peter Glomset and Brian Lester embarked on their 25th year. Heather Harwood and Lindsey Lohwater began their 15th year at St. Mark’s, while Casey Bates ’09, Amanda Hultin, Michele Killeen, and Colleen Worrell started their 10th year here.

The opening of this academic year also marked the fifth year of service to the School for seven faculty members: Andrew Bergdahl, Caitlin Bouley, Franklin Chen, Maggie Kelly, Lauren Martin ’85, Visaury Moreta-Carmona, and Maureen Russo Rodríguez.

In addition, three colleagues—Caleb Cochran, David Palmer, and Katie Solter—were recognized as honorary alumni for their six years of service to St. Mark’s, a tradition that harkens back to a time when the School had six forms (grades 7-12).

Congratulations and thank you to these 20 Lions for their commitment to the Pride!
