At school meeting on Wednesday, May 9, Classics department Chair Jeanna Cook announced that Luke Lee '20 had earned a perfect score on the International Latin Exam.
Each year, some 140,000 students around the world take the test, and no more than 500—barely one-third of one percent—achieve perfect scores. This puts Lee among the topmost elite of high school Latin scholars across the planet.
Ms. Cook congratulated Luke on his outstanding performance. He will receive his certificate and medal at the annual Classics Banquet on Tuesday, May 15.
