Over two days in early April, St. Mark's hosted its annual Admission Revisit Days for students accepted to St. Mark's for next year. On Tuesday, April 2, and Thursday, April 4, more than 130 prospective new students and their families revisited St. Mark's.
Accepted students were paired with St. Mark's student hosts who welcomed their guests, showed them around campus, and answered questions. The days also featured student-and-faculty panel presentations for the visiting families, touching on all aspects of the St. Mark's experience.
In addition to panels and presentations, students and parents attended classes, visited chapel, experienced School Meeting, enjoyed musical performances, and met with faculty and students over lunch. The day concluded with opportunities for guests to tour the campus and visit residential houses.
Some visitors had already decided to matriculate at St. Mark's next fall, while others used the revisit opportunity to help with their decision-making process.
"Both Revisit Days were great thanks to our student, faculty and parent volunteers," said Director of Admission Anne Behnke. "There will be an excellent group of new students arriving in September, which is a real testament to the quality of St. Mark's and the genuine atmosphere of community exemplified by our students and faculty."
