St. Mark's Orchestra Plays for Retirement Community

On Tuesday, April 23, the St. Mark's Orchestra, under the direction of Nathaniel Meyer, gave a concert for the residents of the Highland Gracious Living Retirement Living Community in Westborough, Mass.

The orchestra played eight pieces: Mouret's Fanfare Rondeau, Schubert's Rosamund Overture, Rimsky-Korsakov's Scheherazade, Lunn's Downton Abbey Suite, Clarke's Prince of Denmark's March, Dvorak's Symphony No. 9 "New World" Finale, Brahms' Symphony No. 1 Finale, and Beethoven's Symphony No. 9 Finale "Ode to Joy."

The St. Mark's performance was enthusiastically received by an audience of appreciative seniors.
