Boston Bruins Recognize Michael Fisher '22

Michael Fisher '22 has been named a recipient of the 2022 John Carlton Memorial Trophy, presented annually by the Boston Bruins to the outstanding female and male student athlete in Massachusetts high school or junior hockey. Michael was honored at the Bruins game against the Buffalo Sabres at TD Garden on April 28.

"This certainly reflects highly on Michael, our hockey program, and our entire community," Director of Athletics John Levandowski wrote in a message to St. Mark's faculty, staff, and students.

Michael was captain of the 2022-2023 boys' hockey team and was voted ISL Most Valuable Player by league coaches. He was also named All-NEPSAC. In 22 games, Michael scored 13 goals and tallied 37 assists. After graduation, he will play with the Youngstown Phantoms of the United States Hockey League. He has committed to attend Northeastern University beginning in 2023.
