Club Fair Showcases Student Interests
Club Fair Showcases Student Interests

The annual St. Mark's Club Fair took place on Thursday, September 30, and Taft Hall was abuzz with the sound of students pitching their creative ideas to one another during the community block. Colorful posters, brochures, and presentations were on full display, and there was no shortage of candy to entice those perusing the diverse options.

Clubs at the St. Mark's are student-led, and any student may start a club as long as they have a faculty supervisor. This year's opportunities offer a full range, from academic to artistic to altruistic. There are clubs for philosophy, women in STEM, politics, and sustainability, as well as the One Love Foundation, the Haiti Partnership, and Chasing the Sunshine. There are even clubs for jewelry design, corn hole, and fans of Formula One racing.

Director of Student Life Caitlin Kosow invites St. Marker's to share their passions with the community and reach out with new ideas, as offerings change based on student interest: "Stop by my office! I am happy to answer any questions you may have and help in any way possible. I am dedicated to working with you this year to make clubs a success."
