Class Agent Checklist Download

• Connect with your classmates on social media, email, or phone.
• Invite your classmates to attend St. Mark's events near them. Many of them do not realize how many events St. Mark's has available, and appreciate being invited personally. 
• Remind your classmates to share their class notes for the St. Mark's magazine, and keep their contact information up to date.
• Be sure you are following St. Mark's on Instagram, and engaged in our LinkedIn alumni group.
• Stay subscribed to all St. Mark's communications to not miss any of the insider community action.

Class lists include contact information for all alumni within a Class Agent's graduating class, and provide additional context to support them during their outreach. To request access to a recently updated class list, a Class Agent must digitally sign the St. Mark's Confidentiality Non Disclosure Agreement from the Advancement Office. If you have previously signed this document, email Rebekah Galusha (rebekahgalusha@stmarksschool.org) to request a list.

The holistic education of St. Mark’s students is powerful, but the School doesn’t do it alone! The School relies on the generosity of alumni, parents, and friends to support The St. Mark's Fund, which helps St. Mark’s produce its students with the important resources needed to offer a best-in-class education. The St. Mark's Fund supplements tuition and other streams of revenue to ensure small classes, dedicated faculty, a diverse student body, financial aid, and so much more. 

Gifts of any size DO make a difference. Higher alumni participation signals to prospective families that our graduates value their experience, enhancing the School’s reputation and helping sustain the transformative program you once enjoyed. It takes 47 gifts to equal 1% of alumni participation, and every percentage counts to reach our goal.

Small gifts add up! 1,472 gifts from from fiscal year 2025 were under $250. In 2025, alumni giving participation totaled 21%, our goal for alumni giving participation in 2026 is 25%.

Tuition covers approximately 65% of the operating budget at St. Mark's. While our draw from endowment covers 25% of the remaining gap, The St. Mark's Fund covers ~7% of the cost to educate our student body. For example, as of 2025, it would require 460 full tuitions to educate our current student body of 375 students.
