Yue grew up in Shanghai, China, and went to Pomfret School in Connecticut. She received her B.A. in Mathematics, with a minor in Economics, from Smith College, where she was elected to Sigma Xi. Yue began her teaching career at Phillips Academy Andover, where she served as a teaching fellow in the Mathematics Department. In addition to teaching, she supervised a girls’ dorm and assisted with coaching boys’ novice crew. Prior to working at St. Mark’s she received her M.Ed. from Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Maggie Kelly joined St. Mark’s as a Biology teacher and crew coach in the Fall of 2020. She is an alumna of Teach For America for which she was a Corps Member in Boston. Maggie has a Masters in Education from Boston University and a BA from Georgetown University, where she was captain of the varsity sailing team. She was excited to return to a boarding school community, having graduated from Middlesex School in 2013 and lives in an upperclassmen girls' dorm, Gaccon, at St.Mark's. Maggie enjoys spending time in the outdoors, snowboarding, and baking for friends and family.
