Justin Perron joined to the St. Mark’s community in 2022 after being named the Assistant Director of Athletics. Perron was the Assistant Coach in the 2022-23 season, helping quadruple their win total from the year before. The 2023-24 was his first season as the Head Coach. That team won the most games since 2019 and beat two different ISL opponents both for the first time in nearly a decade.

Over the last 12 years, Perron has coached players who went onto play at Army, Bates, Boston College, Brown, Bowdoin, Cal Berkley, Cal Tech, Citadel, Clark, Colby, Colorado, Columbia, Elon, Fordham, Franklin & Marshall, Haverford, Northeastern, Northwestern, Regis, Texas, UChicago, Williams, and Yale.

Prior to St. Mark's, he worked at Northfield Mount Hermon for two years. At NMH he served as the Prep Team Head Coach and National Team Assistant Coach while also serving as a dorm head and Psychology teacher. In the 2021-22 season, Perron's Prep Team went 22-3 and won the NEPSAC Independent Team Tournament. In that same season, the National Team were finalists in both the NEPSAC AAA New England Championship and in the National Prep Championship.

From 2016-2021, Perron spent five years at Clark University as an Assistant Basketball Coach and Assistant Sports Information Director. At Clark, he recruited nationally and coached two 1,000 point scorers. Perron also had stints earlier in his career on the varsity staffs of Franklin High School (MA) and Mansfield High School (MA). Perron has worked numerous showcases and camps all over the U.S., including Ivy League Elite camps, All-Academic Basketball, Hoop Group, LAB Prep, Celtics Basketball Camp, Championship Basketball School, ASA Nike camps, and currently runs the basketball camp for St. Mark's Summer.

Perron holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Framingham State University and a Master’s in Education from Providence College. He resides on campus with his wife, their son, and their two dogs.

Claude-Hendel Laurole joined the St. Mark's staff in the 2023-24 season. In high school, Laurole attended Innovation Academy where he was a three sport athlete. He was a three year captain of the varsity basketball team and also led his team in points and assists for three seasons.

After high school, he attended University of Massachusetts Lowell. While playing for the club team, Laurole led the Riverhawks to two regional championships and two national tournaments. He was named a national tournament all-star in 2017.

Laurole later returned to Innovation Academy as the assistant coach of the boys JV basketball team, then was the head coach for the following two seasons. He started his AAU coaching journey with ASA's middle school boys teams and then moved to Mass Elite. While with Mass Elite, Laurole was the head coach of multiple teams as well as being on staff for the HS boys national team who won BigFoot Hoops National championship in 2022. Most recently, he has been named the Associate Director of Middle School Boys for Rivals Elite. He has spent the last few years working camps and showcases across New England and is also an accomplished personal trainer.
