Alex Bunick is an accomplished coach and club program director with deep roots in New England lacrosse. Prior to St. Marks, Bunick joined the Belmont Hill School lacrosse program in 2024 as Defensive Coordinator and helped guide the team to back-to-back ISL Championships in 2024 and 2025. Bunick previously spent six seasons as the Defensive Coordinator at Babson College. Under his leadership, Babson's defense developed into one of the top units in the NEWMAC conference, culminating in the coaching staff being named the 2023 NEWMAC Coaching Staff of the Year.

As a player, Bunick was a standout short-stick defensive midfielder at Babson, where he received recognition as a USILA Scholar All-American, was a three-time All-NEWMAC selection, and served as team captain. Bunick is also a graduate of The Rivers School.

Will Spangenberg joins the St. Mark's lacrosse program as Offensive Coordinator, bringing an accomplished playing background and years of hands-on player development experience to Southborough.

A native of Dover, MA, Spangenberg was a standout attacker who played four seasons of D1 lacrosse at the College of the Holy Cross. Recording 31 points as a freshman and earning a spot on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. After graduating from Holy Cross, Spagenberg used a graduate year at Babson College and became one of the top offensive players in D3. Earning USILA All-American honorable mentions, and helping Babson to win the NEWMAC Tournament Championship.

Prior to his time at Holy Cross, Coach Spangenberg played at Phillips Exeter Academy where he was named Offensive MVP and earned New England District First Team All-Star honors. Prior to Phillips Exeter, Coach Spangenberg was a captain at Dover-Sherborn and a 3x state champion.

Spangenberg runs NXT Level Lacrosse and works as a private skill development coach.
