Financial Aid

As students live and learn alongside peers and faculty mentors, St. Markers take the first steps on a path to success in college and beyond. They gain a deep appreciation for the breadth of experiences and perspectives within our School community. A diverse learning environment benefits every student—and we must ensure that a St. Mark’s education remains within reach for talented students from all backgrounds.

Support for the School’s Financial Aid Endowment will allow us to educate even more dedicated students from families with limited means. Just as important, these funds will enable students who receive aid to participate in every facet of a St. Mark’s education— from global citizenship travel opportunities to groundbreaking scientific research and competitive sports. St. Mark’s offers an exemplary residential education that prepares students to lead lives of consequence. For that reason, we have a moral obligation to ensure that these life-changing opportunities remain accessible to students with exceptional potential, whatever their background.

Our intentionally small size creates the ideal environment for our students to know each other, and for our faculty to know our students in a multiplicity of roles. We must ensure that as many students as possible have access to this unique atmosphere for living and learning.
