Before attending any event, visit the family lounge in the Hinkle Room to check in and make a name tag. 

Coffee, snacks, maps, and other information will be available in the Hinkle Room. The family lounge will be open:

• Friday, October 13 from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Saturday, October 14 from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

One copy of your student's schedule will be provided when you check in at the family lounge in the Hinkle Room. Staff and volunteers will be available to help you navigate campus. 

For advisor and college counseling appointments, please knock on the door at the start of your appointment, and respect your end time. Meetings are scheduled back-to-back and your promptness is appreciated.
